After obtaining an MBA I founded Ethica Consulting in 2001 to enable not for profits to improve as businesses whilst retaining their passion and creativity in supporting disadvantaged people. Having over 37 years’ experience developing and managing services and staff (to date), I spent over 10 delivering bespoke consultancy, training and development to individuals and teams in the Not For Profit sector, ranging from Boards to front line workers via awaydays, action learning sets, and individual coaching. Now at IFYS in Queensland, my passions are still for continuous improvement in ethical business management and leadership.
