Helen is the principal of Asian multi-family office ALXZA Holdings and ALXZA HK.Helen garnered years of equity capital market, corporate finance and investment experience at Altus Holdings Limited (8149.HK) from 2017 to 2021. She participated in several main board listings for international companies and assisted in launching Japan-based property fund. She continued her interest in public and private equity investments at Mighty Divine Investment Management Limited since 2021. She co-founded multi-family office ALXZA Holdings headquartered in Singapore and became Director of ALXZA HK in 2020.Helen graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong and Masters of Laws (Corporate Finance) degree with distinctions from the University of Westminster.
