In order to help the company with their office move, I was checking that the information on the system matched the hard copies kept on file and inputting any extra information onto the system if necessary.

Throughout my time at St Peter's Hospice I worked in many departments and gained administrative experience. Whilst working on reception it was my responsibility to open and sort the post and handle any monetary donations received, as well as answering the telephone and meeting and greeting visitors. Whilst manning the collections telephone line, I answered telephone calls from clients and contacted the drivers to arrange for the donations to be collected.

At Woolworths I worked as part of a team helping to serve customers as quickly and efficiently as possible, as well as contacting customers by telephone and in store. I checked stock levels on the shop floor and occasionally replenished the stock if necessary.
