• Full cycle of recruiting process for IT specialists;• Identifying, screening and interviewing suitable candidates;• Staying in touch with candidate during post-offer stage;• Checking of prospective candidates references on client’s request;• Maintaining recruiting related reports;• Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates;• Monitoring and analyzing job market;• Creating job descriptions, placing job advertisements in press and job sites.

- Correct selection of crew according to the requirements of the shipowners;- Correspondence with the shipowners/ship managers;- Seafarer’s interviewing and consultancy; - Checking references with owners/agents;- Checking/preparing/helping in obtaining and renewing documents for seafarers;- Updating local data base, sorting of the documents; - Filling in the CVs and other forms and applications (e.g. for visa purposes etc.);- Receiving incoming calls and mail handling;- Scanning and saving the documents
