    Mitie won the contract for catering, domestics and porters in 2014 and I remained in position as HR Officer managing both the TUPE out process as well as the people side of the mobilisation process for Mitie for over 200 employees.     Aramark Ltd provided retail, vending and patient food services across both Epsom and St Helier hospitals employing 200 staff within the contract. The HR Officer role reported directly to the Director of Operations and was part of the on-site management team. During this time I successfully achieved the following:• Supporting operations with a case load of employee relations matters: AWOL and gross misconduct dismissals, long term sickness, capability, grievance and redundancy procedures and training.• Assisting the Director of Operations with implementation of Aramark company wide HR initiatives eg: engagement surveys, employee appreciation days, labour productivity measures and staff benefits.• Contact point for trade union representatives.• Assisting the senior HR manager with project work outside the contract.• Collating TUPE bid data.• Contact point for employment tribunal claims including liaising with the advocate representing the Company• Supporting operations with recruitment solutions, recruitment events and managing relationships with partners such as JobcentrePlus• Tracking vacancies and ensuring new starter processes are completed in a timely manner.• Recording and an analysing HR data eg. turnover, absence, employment relations in order to produce management reports and present at client meetings line with contractual KPI’s.• Immigration and Visa tracking ensuring that all mandatory paperwork is maintained• Personnel File Maintenance• Absence tracking - running sickness reports and tracking process against the company policy• Ensuring all new staff have gone through DBS and Occupational Health checks
