Additionally, moving into a support office role within operations and relationship management, I have facilitated the growth of Specsavers partners across Ireland and Northern Ireland within the audiology and optical businesses.My experience within Specsavers has helped me gain an in-depth knowledge of selling optical and audiology products, planning, inaugurating and managing central operations, creating strategic plans, launching new products into the stores and leading teams to accomplish corporate objectives. I have completed my training in neurolinguistic programming (NLP), which I utilise to manage my team, understand the team’s pulse, nurture healthy relationships with the members and boost productivity.
