I develop good working relationships with doctors, nurses, administrators and hospital management in order to communicate with them, understand their needs and provide them with high quality products and services.I am also responsible for monitoring competitors' marketing activities and new product launches to gain a better understanding of market trends. I lead the team to participate in industry conferences and exhibitions to obtain the latest information and development opportunities, and exchange experiences with other medical device companies.A successful manager requires strong management, coordination and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the medical device market.
