In this role I was assisting the Senior Vice President and Head of D&E Performance & Integration with projects and managerial tasks. Projects in this role were the P&I onboarding program for new employees (100 people every quarter) and the merge of the D&E Quality department (600 people) into the D&E Performance & Integration department (1200 people).I was also responsible for coordinating the D&E Performance & Integration Management Assistant team of 12 assistants.

In this role I was assisting the Vice President DUV D&E and the Vice President DUV Program Management.Next to that I worked on an improvement project for knowledge sharing within the Management Assistant Organization.

At ASML I started to work as an assistant for the management team of business line DUV. I was responsible for assisting 5 senior managers.

Gooiland is a historic hotel and event location established in 1934. I was responsible for the events departement and creative design of the business events. Next to that I implemented a new booking and CRM-system and I was involved in the remodeling of the whole event location. www.gooiland.nl
