Progressive Care Ltd. is a national provider of care, assessment and support packages for children, young people, families and adults. Services include: contact centre, children homes, 16+ supported living, family assessment and residential placements for adults with learning difficulties and elderly people.- Referrals: dealing with all enquiries related to new, and existing, referrals/placements. Acting as single point of contact between the Local Authority, parents/family members and the units. Agreeing appropriate packages of care/support, negotiating fees, finalising Individual Placement Agreements and ensuring ongoing review of placements against desired outcomes. - Compliance: working on behalf of the MD to ensure all services/units are compliant with legislation, regulations, quality standards & inspection regimes. - Quality Assurance: undertaking regular inspections of all services, critically analysing performance and implementing action plans to address any risk/deficiencies and drive forward quality of care and service improvements. - Operations & reporting: reviewing a range of daily, weekly and monthly reports, preparing a variety of reports to be presented at weekly director meetings. - Contracts & relationship management: single point of contact for Commissioners, reporting on performance indicators and presenting at contract review meetings. - Business development: sourcing new opportunities and leading on tender/bid submissions. Collating, analysing and reviewing referral information and reporting on related matters, such as occupancy, to inform service development and growth.
