Having worked in sport and education- I decided to use all my experience to set up Mindfit based in Cornwall. Although we do travel and are working with workplaces around the country. We offer uplifting and relaxing retreat days and workshops in the community and workplace wellness to businesses and workplaces; these include discussions on how to reduce stress, calm the nervous system through breathing techniques and relaxation. We also combine wellness and team building and dynamics days. There are some examples on our website but most are bespoke. I also speak at seminars to support, uplift and energise teams.
