As manager of the Applications team, I was responsible for allocating incoming work and training of the Breast Imaging Portfolio and Bone Density products.My role including updating and writing manuals for staff and customers alike, liaising with Breastcreen sites around Australia, speaking at conferences, product demonstrations, working closely with sales and attending meetings with prospective clients.My role was not exclusively managerial, I also worked at ground level attending sites in Australia and New Zealand to customize, configure and train staff on Hologic equipment.As the manager I was also the lead contact for trouble shooting equipment issues and escalation to the US.
