Our approach ensures a coordinated and supportive pathway to achieving personal success and independence.In addition to our core services, EAT has recently launched Finding and Keeping a Job services using the Customised Employment model. This innovative initiative, based on training from the Centre for Disability Employment Research and Practice, underscores our commitment to helping individuals discover meaningful employment opportunities tailored to their unique strengths and interests.Established by founder Helen Grey, EAT is a not-for-profit organization based in Ellenbrook, WA. Our aim is to support young athletes by providing work opportunities to assist in fundraising for their sporting endeavors. By using ‘Alignment Planners’ and ‘Guide to Making Judgements’ frameworks our program and student’s portfolios were later presented at Principal and Teacher conferences throughout Queensland.
