Leading a team of highly motivated student success professionals to improve the student experience through various support services. Focused on improving retention and persistence rates at Crowder College.

Oversee the daily operations of Student Success Center and Testing Center at Crowder College. The SSC houses Academic Advising, Retention Advising, Career Services and Advising, Office of Disability Services, Testing Services and general help to all students. The SSC was formerly the Academic Resource Center, but underwent a facility facelift and reorganization during the summer of 2013. I have an amazing staff that assists students in their academic endeavors to reach their full potential.

Rotated with on-call duty; responded to emergency concerns at the Vet Teaching Hospital needing bloodwork, urine work, and other pathologies.

Customer Service, cleaned kennels, walked dogs, cleaned office after hours, answered phones, made appointments, assisted veterinarians with appointments, surgeries and farm calls.

Oversaw daily facility operations of all on-campus housing options; maintained the maintenance/custodial database; maintained card-key software database; completed all student employment paperwork; assistant with staff selection and training. Assisted with opening of 7 buildings/property sites. Main point of contact for vendors.

Started a brand new information kiosk at the entry level of the Student Services Complex at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Hired, trained and supervised student staff to work the information kiosk. Help with providing assistance and information to all visitors to the building. Part of the Students-First Initiative at UNLV, the "ASK ME about UNLV" campaign, and assisting with research on student run-around at UNLV.
