Training  Developing training system and process.(DCM system) Set up annual training plan. Evaluation of the training effectiveness. Training budget controlling. Team building organization. Performance Assessment Set up and executing Personal Evaluation and Performance Review plan. Set up and executing Performance Improvement Plan. C&B Be liaise with FESCO(third party) to deal with social insurance & house accumulation fund issue. Employee Relationships Be responsible for labor contracts management. Deal with on boarding, leaving and other procedures. Build up company culture.




