Utilize their computer system (Rec. Trac) for registration of summer camp, swim lessons, rent out park pavilions and make camp ground reservations. Weekly and or monthly reports on rentals and e-mail them to the proper departments. Answer multiple phone lines on question about pavilion rentals, summer camp actives and camp ground rentals. Keep a daily log of in/outing mail, Daily cash journal, report and deposit
