Represent PAC has distributed over $2 million to progressive women seeking election to the Pennsylvania State Legislature, the only PAC with this focus serving Pennsylvania. In addition to raising funds for candidates, it seeks to champion the importance of political giving to women, a group historically underrepresented as political donors. We also highlight the many social issues whose path runs through the PA State House. As Finance Director, Helen manages incoming and outgoing expenses, building projections, and managing the fundraising plan. In addition to her Finance Director responsibilities, Helen has led efforts to diversify Represent's programming to include more member education, and recruit and retain new members.

At Fastmail, Helen led strategic and product direction, and was instrumental in the growth and integration of its two-continent team. She led its company-wide rebranding, strategic planning, and vision and values process — leadership must have clarity to succeed! At Pobox, Helen took email, a service you can get nearly anywhere for free, and made a premium, customer-focused product with a devoted following. She presided over multiple successive years of 30-70% account growth year over year, with 40+% of customer lifetimes exceeding 10 years.

As Director of Operations, Helen spearheaded the effort to spin off email list serves from Pobox, a feature which became Listbox.com. She grew Listbox from a side feature offered to some Pobox customers to its own fully realized service.
