As the project leader, I built the Murder Mystery Game team from scratch, encompassing research and development, product, design, and business functions. I led the team to secure angel investment, and directed the business team to develop the game publishers and stores from the ground up. The team exceeded performance targets beyond expectations in terms of budget controls.

I took in charge of game projects for investment purpose.Reaching almost all indie developers in China, I made the company’s first show case of “project “investment instead of equity investment;I created a comprehensive set of game evaluation algorithm templates, enabling team members to make foundational assessments on whether a game is worth investing in, upon obtaining specified data or performance.

It was a big challenge for me because blockchain was a complex and controversial technology, we had to present very vividly on what exactly the technology was, why and how our project was going to benefit our celebrity partners.After extensive online and offline presentation to a massive pool of potential clients, our business team finally secured the authorization for a Colombian soccer star's blockchain personal token, making it the first-ever individual token project in history.I was promoted to lead the whole operation team including BD, PR and operation talents after the deal was closed.

In the first one year and a half, I was senior BD manager in charge of developer relations of mobile gaming industry. During this role, I proposed strategy of early stage follow up, enabling us to consistently receive firsthand market information and respond quickly;I Led a new genre game project into long term profitable at 0 cost, reaching 40million downloads in 2017;I initiated business model of self-developed games going global, successfully facilitating the transformation, the BD department evolved from being solely focused on expenditures to becoming a department with revenue-generating capabilities.I was promoted to VP marketing for oversea publishing business in 2015 and built the marketing team from the scratch, increasing company profit margin to 15%.

In the first year, I was BD manager in a small team of 5, in charge of bringing in payment partners and game developer partners to the company.During this role, I brought in over 10 global payment partners to our social games in the first 6 months and successfully licensed in 3 worldwide top grossing games to the company with 0 costs. I was promoted to VP of the company in 2011, extended my responsibilities from BD team only to supervise R&D, marketing and customer service team at the same time.

I successfully closed a 100 million RMB Projector deals in the first year joining this company;I was responsible for the online promotion campaign of a movie called "IPMan," which gained such popularity that three additional series were produced.

I was interpreter and translator between Beijing team and US tech team.
