The role requires me to be a generalist within the company, presenting knowledge and a rudimentary level of skill in Social media, Website development, Content Creation, Graphic Design and SEO as well as being able to connect with clients and build good, strong relationships.

Whilst employed under this role I received digital marketing training via google garage in which I learned email and social media marketing, SEO and SEM, post analytics, and audience segmentation/customer profiling etc. I was responsible for all the graphic designs for the posts using Canva whilst ensuring they were all on brand. Consistency on colour scheme, fonts, quality and message was required to maintain brand image. I very much enjoyed this role, mainly, as I was able to exercise my creative side which I feel very close to.

I'm very proud to have worked as a carer, a role that was incredibly rewarding. After a year, I was promoted to senior carer for my dedication and loyalty to not only the company but to all my clients and fellow carers. This job role was an immense personal investment for me as connecting with the individuals I was providing care for was crucial to excelling. By connecting on a personal level I was able to make sure the clients were comfortable and at ease whilst in sometimes uncomfortable or vulnerable positions/situations. It taught me patience and how to put others before myself. It also greatly assisted me in the development of my emotional intelligence and maturity, amongst many other valuable lessons and skills that I believe will stay with me throughout my life.
