Working as part of a small team of 8 responsible for solving any problems for customers who are currently on vacation. Mostly working on the telephone, my work involves making sure guests know full arrival procedures and directions, liaising with holiday cottage owners to resolve any issues which guests have reported. My skills are a pleasant and sympathetic telephone manner, negotiation, problem solving, administration and computer skills, organisation, working as part of a team.

I helped with the preparation of cookery demonstrations by preparing and displaying food and products. I was responsible for making sure the chef had everything which he needed to make sure each product demonstration went as planned, and for obtaining any items needed if the chef decided to do something extra or unplanned.
