- Analyse industry statistics, federal budgets, and government-private sector partnership initiatives to support research initiatives at the Lawrence National Centre for Policy and Management- Write articles and briefs on Centre events and research- Identify key corporate and government stakeholders to support Centre outreach

- Manage community of 30+ first-year students to ensure student safety and facilitate community building- Provide academic mentorship, career counselling, and personal guidance for first-year students to encourage floor community’s intellectual, social, and personal development

- Provide research support on academic policies and procedures to support advocacy on academic issues- Compile high-level briefs and statistics on pertinent policy at Western & other Canadian universities

- Oversee 50+ orchestral musicians to identify and address musical and interpersonal concerns- Support new Artistic Director through transition period to minimise short term turbulence and navigate post-Covid organisational challenges- Facilitate increased communication between musicians and the Board of Directors to increase decision-making transparency and stakeholder engagement
