After redundancy, I used this period to spent valuable time with my family. I am now eager to obtain a role where I can utilise my skills and experience within a forward-thinking company.

Developed a bespoke COVID testing service based in Windsor. I utilised my period of Furlough leave to create the company, develop, and roll out the service.Here’s the impact my work had• My work resulted in the company becoming a government-approved Covid testing service supplier.• Developed digital certification of PCR and Lateral Flow tests, this was achieved through the creation of system and operational policies and procedures. This resulted in assisting “the return to work” for various employees across several industries at the height of the COVID Pandemic. • Led the company from an initial £2k start-up investment to achieve £120k turnover in one financial year.• Secured Government approved supply chain, both in test kits (Covguard/Everything Genetic) and UKAS laboratories (London Medical Lab).

At Biotherapy Services, a biopharmaceutical company, my role was multifaceted. All my responsibilities had the customer at the heart, therefore ensured an exceptional customer experience was created and maintained. Here’s how I impacted the company through my work• Due to the standard of work, I produced, I was approached to join the SMT. I produced and presented reports on the customer experience to the Board. • Conducted Senior Sales Manager and Junior Sales Manager recruitment, to create the New Business Development team. • Participated in the preparation of company documents, this resulted in the company's success in the first round of funding, generating £3million.• Led the rebranding of the Personalised Cellular Therapies (www.prprejuvenate.com) website, and sales literature in combination with building the social media platform. This resulted in increased sales.

• • Liaised with couples to produce their wedding flowers, this included the initial consultation through to Wedding Day set-up.• Preparation of budget and invoicing on completion of final proposal for a wide range of special occasions.• Researched and identified new business opportunities.• Exhibited at bridal shows.• Managed the company’s social media platforms.

Start-up and running of a bridal and occasional wear boutique Here’s the impact my work had• Led and developed the business from a start-up to a £100k, turnover in 2 years.• Secured key leading designers to exclusively showcase their collections in the boutique.• Organised and exhibited at leading bridal and catwalk shows within Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire.• Worked in collaboration with wedding photographers, suppliers and wedding venues, this resulted in the company featuring in leading wedding magazines - Wedding Ideas, Wedding Flowers and You and Your Wedding.• Developed a strong media presence on Facebook and Instagram, this resulted in the boutique generating over 75% of all enquiries for consultations through these channels.

Notting Hill-based Italian wedding planning company specialising in weddings in Tuscany, Amalfi Coast and Lake ComoHere’s the impact my work had• Winner of the “Wedding Ideas” award for Best Wedding Abroad Co-ordinator in 2008.• Developed the company over 10 years to become one of the leading destination wedding companies in the UK.• Arranged Gary Lineker’s wedding in Amalfi.• Developed the company from an initial 4 weddings a year to 20 weddings a year.• Employed and mentored Corbin Gurkin as the in-house photographer for 9 years. She is now one of the top ten leading wedding destination photographers in the world, featured in Martha Stewart and Vogue.• Within 10 years developed the in-house wedding planner team from 1 to a team of 10, as well as securing a vast network of Italian suppliers across the 3 regions.
