Facilitating the project ‘UniForum’. UniForum is a group which facilitates the bringing together of a number of Universities across Australia & New Zealand. This group operates as a collaborative forum through which universities benchmark their support services cost and resourcing , through studies in the forum, understand the drivers of difference across higher education institutes.Duties include:Prepare internal communication to university management and client stakeholders;Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis;Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones;Conduct system training (UFast) to internal stakeholders;Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path;Develop and deliver progress reports

Completing a 360 degree recruitment project across the Volunteer Program for L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival (LMFF) 2012. 2012 saw 1000+ applications, whittled down to 350 interviewees, with 250 volunteers recruited across the 8 day festival. Duties included:Recruit, interview & on-board all volunteers;Pre event induction & orientation;On site management of staff;Management of ‘Sherpa’ an online recruitment and shift management tool;Track, report & process payroll;Evaluate & record volunteers performance;Compile & present post festival report.

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia (Inc) is a not-for-profit, member driven organisation providing quality, cost-effective information, professional services and support for business.Duties included:Support managers/ team leaders with the coordination of the recruitment process from start to finish (confirming details of the vacancy, through advertising, interviewing and on-boarding); Conducting HR inductions with new starters;Assisting managers/ team leaders to prepare for the induction of new starters and ensuring the probation process is correctly managed;Supporting the annual salary review process;Providing advice and support to managers in relation to performance issues;Conducting entry and exit interviews and providing reports and analysis;Assisting the Manager with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;Keeping up to date with changes in IR legislation and making suggestions for changes to policy and practice accordingly;Completing HR administrative activities;Coordinating CCI staff wellbeing initiatives;Assisting with HR projects as required.
