CurrentIn my current role as Lead HR Consultant, I have supported the business in implementing numerous major projects from divestment of business lines, integration of business acquisitions, enterprise agreements and driven significant change initiatives to continuously work on our leadership capability, talent management and organizational culture. The depth of experience I have gained includes HR generalist support, organizational design, change and project management, talent management, business partnering, and HR information and analysis. This period has been one of substantial growth and accomplishment.Role objective: Lead team of 4 HR Consultants. Member of the HR leadership team. Individual and team purpose - define, design and lead organisational development and change management projects to support the delivery of the people agenda and country business strategy. ROLE OVERVIEW:• Advanced consulting skills; diagnosis, inquiry, contracting, and facilitation.• Strong project management capability including and effective use of data and trend analysis to determine root cause and track business outcomes. Projects:• Asset organisational design and change management lead• Workplace Gender and Equality Council (WEGA) close the gap analysis & roadmap• Workforce Planning HR Lead• Talent mapping and Succession planning
