Using coaching methods integrated with counselling and therapeutic skills, (where helpful) I work with them to help them understand and clarify where they are now, and where they would like to get to including any changes they want to make happen. We then work together to find the best way for them to discover and decide what their best way forward is. I help them take control and ownership of their lives and develop any areas they feel need strengthening. I support and champion them throughout the whole process as they move forward towards their goals. Should any stumbling blocks crop up, I will help them unravel the real issues so that they can free themselves from internal blocks and conflicts and move onwards.
