• Maintaining the fixed asset registers including additions, disposals and transfers.• Post all depreciation journals and prepare forecast and budgets accordingly.• Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for fixed assets.• Posting ad-hoc fixed asset journals.• Ensure compliance with all fixed asset accounting treatments.• Liaise with Project Managers to ensure accurate project status and accruals• Producing monthly fixed asset reports.• Reconciliation of the capital expenditure.• Posting of the monthly capital accruals.• Responsible for National Statistics submissions• Key contact for Fixed Assets with the company’s external auditors• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with key personnel
