Implement TE’s EHS policies, programs and standards consistently at all sites covering America, EMEA and Asia Pacific.Achieving annual injury reduction at 10%-15% by establishing appropriate business and site specific strategies and executing plans.Ensured compliance with TE policies, local laws and regulations through compliance audits and drove sufficient and systematic actions to close findings.Communicate with sites and business leaders on performance, challenges and opportunities, and ensured site EHS plans were aligned with business strategies. And ensure compliance with TE policies, local laws and regulations through compliance audits and subject matter reviews.Establish EHS management system and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of EHS operations at all locations. Develop and continuously improve critical EHS programs and procedures in the region, including machine guarding, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, lockout tagout, near miss reporting, incident investigation, behavioral based safety, chemical management, environmental metrics reduction, etc.

Implement GE’s EHS policy and programs consistently at GE locations and oversaw EHS operations through out China.Drive EHS compliance through site visits, compliance audits and Global Star audits.Minimize EHS reputational risks by managing transaction projects and conducting waste vendor audits.Lead GE China Sourcing EHS Program: developed GE China supplier audit guidance and supplier help kit, trained over 200 sourcing EHS auditors and more than 300 suppliers, conducted over 100 supplier audits.Organize EHS trainings to build capacity for site EHS professionals.Develop external relationships and establish networks with government officials, NGOs, academics and external EHS professionals by organizing workshops and forums, and conducting projects.
