Development and implementation of Diabetes WA's Health Services strategic plan. I was responsible for the line management for all aspects of the division (staffing, budgeting, planning, organising, directing and reporting). During my time an extensive change management process was undertaken to reshape the health service in order to secure existing funding and develop more diverse relationships. In the 5 year period Health Services Division grew from 3 fte. to 20 fte with the creation also of the new Research and Evaluation team to ensure quality outcomes and value for money both locally and nationally. Central to this was ensuring the core values for the team and the philosophy of care aligned.
