I was fortunate enough to be one of Stanford University's Public Interest Technology (PIT) Lab Fellows for the summer of 2023. I stand strongly with the mission of All Tech is Human and I appreciated the opportunity to advance my skills of policy analysis and curriculum development over the summer.

Working with the Stanford Life Design Lab, I created a potential new syllabus for, “Designing Your Stanford,” a class helping students navigate school using design thinking. This process involved interviewing students, reading literature on design thinking, and working with professionals in the space to design the best syllabus possible.

While working with the Stanford Social Media Lab, I helped design studies to understand the effects of TikTok as an algorithmic intermediary in human interactions. Additionally, I researched with the TikTok team to analyze interviews to uncover the teenage experience of TikTok.

At Synthesis, I was an active member as a teaching assistant by aiding the teachers during lessons: setting up simulations, resolving conflicts between learners, and communicating with parents. I hosted one of their largest online tournament, coordinating the online experience for 240 learners. Additionally, I ran the hiring team for the teaching assistant role by sourcing new talent and running over 100 interviews in both group and individual settings.
