I have been responsible for assisting a variety of cutting edge companies to identify and assess their specific SAP learning needs before designing the overall strategic solution and managing the implementation of this with the development of appropriate e-learning and classroom based learning solutions.Over the years, my role has involved a great deal of training course development, applying a number of different e-learning and classroom based authoring tools.
