I am a full-time support worker at the Southampton Young People and Parents Sector of Two Saints LTD helping young homeless people and their children into temporary and permanent accommodation.

At the time the company was one for Southampton's largest private hire firms. During my time here I was responsible for payroll, customer accounts and invoicing, both individual accounts and large companies such as the NHS and south Hampshire Ambulance patient transport. It was also part of my role to tender for new contacts.

I started working as part-time as telephonist which quickly became full time progressing to shift manager and admin assistant organizing shifts, operating customer accounts and drivers long-distance job rotas.
