Working in the Independent School sector for 15 years with a passion for developing support systems, I have a proven track record of delivering outstanding services contributing to Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ judgements at inspection.During my time in the sector I have provided all levels of service from PA support to members of the Senior Leadership Team, through to sourcing and project managing the implementation and roll out of the school’s Management Information Systems. In consultation with the Heads of Faculty I design the curriculum model and schedule the whole school timetable. I build, maintain, analyse and report on the attendance, attainment, progress and behaviour tracking systems for pupils.I am looking to secure a position in a setting where my transferable skills and expertise will add immediate value and where, in time I will be rewarded with opportunities for personal growth and development.
