My background is in Occupational Therapy, after leaving the NHS in 2019 I set up The Tiny Studio. Primarily to keep in touch with friends and family during Covid, the business has grown organically and I now facilitate creative workshops in Heritage crafts and Wellbeing in the woods .I’m particularly interested in working with individuals or groups of people who are working on moving forward after a significant life event and want to reconnect with their inner self. I am on a cancer journey myself and all the medical interventions have been helpful and the people have been amazing, but there appears to be a gap where there is an opportunity to just be yourself and heal your mind and invite your inner child out to play again.
