Responsible for leading Individual Giving & Legacies fundraising, including line managing a team of three to develop and deliver the strategy. Key achievements include:- Doubled annual individual giving income from £700k in 2018 to more than £1.6 million by 2021- Developed the charity's first legacy proposition using audience insight and launched gifts in Wills appeal - Developed and implemented a range of supporter journeys, including regular givers thereby halving attrition - Project managed the set-up of a new online shop and led the team to broaden our merchandise offering, including new partnerships with a designer and a print on demand supplier

Responsible for supporter care and management of the fundraising database, including monthly reconciliation, data cleaning, data selections and thanking. I also carried out a range of additional tasks including:- Writing and producing a quarterly supporter newsletter- Organising events including World AIDS day collections- Major donor and corporate prospect research- Coordination of church fundraising- Wrote small grant proposals- Managing a telephone fundraising campaign with an agency - Delivering training for fundraising volunteers
