I am an enthusiastic and dedicated person who enjoys being part of, as well as leading, a successful and productive team. I work well on my own initiative and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation and organisation required to meet targets and deadlines. A range of roles over the 20+ years from cleaner to Operations Manager, plus Several awards over the years accommodation manager of the year, holiday sales manager of the year, runner up General manager of the year , most consistent General Manager exceeding budget for many years then in my national role an award for outstanding contribution to the company. In my previous role I supported accommodation managers across 66 sites as well as collating all refurbishments and negotiating contracts for the department on a national level. Now moved onto to a Regional Operations Managers role !
