In my 30 plus years of working in development, property and project management, I have covered a diverse range of areas including the development of housing sites, commercial, retail and leisure, as well as the property management of buildings, rent reviews and lease negotiations.A key strength of mine is my can-do attitude and the ability to get the job done, through my experience, organisational skills, determination, building strong working relationships and technical knowledge.The assembly of development sites involves a great deal of partnership working which can involve internal and external partners, such as planning and legal departments, housing associations, private developers, commercial agents and other statutory bodies. I have a wealth of experience in establishing and nurturing successful working relationships, and maintaining them throughout the duration of the project, ensuing a successful delivery of the scheme.I have represented the City of Lincoln Council at various stakeholder events promoting the development and business opportunities within the city.
