This was a client facing role liaising with customers daily and helping them to switch suppliers seamlessly. We also dealt with our business suppliers on a daily basis building relationships and ensuring that our clients had a hassle free and professional service.It’s was imperative to maintain clean and robust data so I have to ensure a high level of accuracy. Our documents have to be processed under stringent and demanding SLA’s due to the frequent rate changes of our product.
