• Manage batching and transmission of daily credit card charge data files and manual EFTPOS processing.• Investigate and resolve client invoice/charge queries.• Receipt payments from credit card merchants.• Reconcile bank accounts and corporate credit cards.• Debtor collections and receipting.• Manage authorisation process for client’s accommodation charges (corporate and virtual cards); investigate and resolve issues; and on-charge clients.• Manage American Express BTA client implementations, data file specifications and data file queries.• Manage client transaction fee settings and the charge process for daily fees.• Calculate and invoice monthly client and ad hoc fees.• Manage implementation and support of online booking tools for clients.• Co-ordinate with Account Managers during client implementation for integration of finance and technology requirements. • Co-ordinate with IT Department for fault resolution, new functionality, changes to client requirements and internal report generation.• Assist Business Development Manager on proposal preparation and requests for tender.• Manage document archive process.• Liaise with Leisure travel consultant team with regard to client receipts and travel supplier payments.

* User acceptance testing of BSP reconciliation and data extract functionality to ensure fulfillment of supplier specifications and client requirements. * Liaise with IT programmers/development team on required changes and test software upgrades to ensure no loss of functionality.* Onsite implementation support and training.

General accounting processing including client charge/invoice queries, travel specific supplier payments, accounts payable invoice coding, credit card transaction processing and merchant reconciliation, bank and petty cash reconciliation, debtor collections and receipting, Amex BTA set up and queries, airline ticket reconciliation and ticket refunds.

Banquet Administration Clerk - function administration, weekly reporting and general office duties.Administration and Accounts Receivable Clerk - Report preparation, reconciliation of daily takings, foreign currency exchange and banking, accounts payable relief.
