Working with the CCG's Urgent care team, to deliver quality analysis and reporting, Understanding patient flows and anomalies. Building dashboards and creation of KPI's and measures to support this years workstreams. Liaising with Ambulance services, local providers of care and hospital trusts to support urgent care contracting and health care pinch points. Training and support to incoming analysts to help them excel in there new roles. Data sets used include SUS, QOF, PBR.

Involved with set up of the "Meeting the Challenge Implementation Group" PSO/PMO Office covering 3 mid Yorkshire hospitals and surrounding community services in transforming local NHS services. Devising performance metrics for the programme, stakeholder management, creating board packs, Programme health checks and providing documented assurance that the programme is on track and will meet expected benefits and realise goals.Interviewing new PSO staff and organising meetings and analysing each of the work streams KPI's and metrics to ensure consistency and compliance.

Mi Analyst producing and developing reporting for government and financial institutions, Invoice production and reconciling invoices between the system and the company's sales day book

I have worked in an MI environment for the last 5 years, providing post development support for all aspects of the business including retail, enterprise, collections and Consumer business units for Vodafone. My key responsibilities were the delivery to SLA of outputs (reporting\campaign files\data files) to the business. Approximately 250 processes in total, 150 daily and the rest either weekly or monthly. In addition, accountable and responsible for customer queries regarding reporting\outputs and the process of resolution, and also to act as technical support for issue diagnostics with current processes and implementation of technical solutions.Responsible for issues communication with stakeholder management, and I have also taken part in projects for business improvement around Management Information.
