I assisted Waterloo professors in their transition to deliver online courses due to COVID-19 through creating more user-friendly course layouts on the student platform (LEARN) to support students.

I worked alongside the HR admin team to educate University employees on the implementation of a cloud-based software (Workday) and helped resolve any issues regarding using the platform. I answered inquiries regarding payroll, HR administrative duties, benefits and pension.
