I have over 20 years office experience including Office Management, direct PA roles, and Team Leader managing a team of three. I am able to monitor and maintain my own standards and take pride in my work. I have an eye for detail and am rigorous in producing my work to the highest standards possible. I am comfortable managing work schedules and event diaries in various forms in order to deliver project and office goals and objectives. I am able to undertake and deliver work to a very high standard, in a professional, proficient and timely manner. I possess a calm and professional demeanour, and engage at the appropriate level with volunteers, staff, board members, partners, funders and management.I am currently studying towards AAT Level 2 in accountancy and also work self-employed helping small businesses and new charities to understand and set up their accounting software and reconciling their accounts and information they require to become VAT registered and help with their own audits for tax purposes. I am able to use cloud-based systems such as google docs and have set up some of these systems for other clients. I know how to use Slack, clockify, canva, Sage and Xero software and CRM systems.I am an advanced user of all the Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. I have maintained and updated staff diaries and prepared the weekly rotas liaising with session supervisor to ensure we have the right level of cover to run the office effectively. I also updated and helped maintain the electronic client diaries.
