A high profile role within the Data Management Programme for this large, complex Insurer. Responsible for planning and executing the migration of unstructured data into the M365 Cloud for over 1200 UKGI employees, across 30 different business areas, each with 2/3 key stakeholders. Stakeholder management, effective SME engagement and timely communication all being essential skills within this varied role. Responsible for the creation of all project artefacts whilst informing training needs and E-Learning content to be shared across various audiences.

Delivered new banking products, process improvements and increased automation within a high profile Transformation Programme. Engagement with SMEs to document AS IS and TO BE processing to identify the impact of resulting changes.

A key member of the team responsible for the design and delivery of an e-enabled onshore bond. Included requirement gathering, sign off of supplier solution docs, design and implementation of the model office and the design of an end to end operating model.

Reviewed systems and controls within the Compliance and business checking environment and designed a risk based approach to selection of cases and appropriate oversight of advisers.

Worked with Capita within the 'Image and Workflow' project team, responsible for the implementation of a document scanning and workflow automation system designed to streamline back office processes offshore.

Responsible for identifying improvements within operational risk management and the incidence and severity of operational failures across their mortgage business sector. Mentored internal staff to become Business Process Modelers and left them with the capability to run workshops, model business processes and identify risks.

Worked with the Mutual Funds Project, migrating all Collectives on to a universal platform.

Delivery of product and sales training nationwide of a new Wrap proposition to IFA networks.

Worked within the business checking unit for this IFA post merger to ensure processes were aligned and compliant.

Observation of call handlers and assessment against pre defined standards, delivering coaching of development needs.

Design of training of new General Insurance regs. Managed an internal team of supervisors to ensure quality both onshore and offshore.
