Represented a diverse group of clients in civil litigation matters. Met with clients, developed trial strategy, conducted discovery and drafted pleadings. Areas of practice: complex commercial litigation; intellectual property (in charge of federal case against major pharmaceutical corporation); litigation in the areas of trademark infringement, false advertisement, antitrust, unfair competition; civil RICO breach of contract and fraud claims. Negotiated international transactions and conducted mediations.
