I am passionate about expanding our market presence, and empowering farmers worldwide.

We are a manufacturer of solar powered irrigation pumps selling globally through both B2B & B2C channels.As Operations Director I work with teams across the company, both in our UK Head Office and India factory. My role includes:- Overall marketing strategy- UK webshop sales management and distribution- Overseeing product materials - marketing, manuals and technical documents- Regular communication with R&D and production team regarding upcoming product improvements- Project management of the public release of new products and pump features- Insight into company fundraising and investment- Internal communications between all business areas

Based in our UK Head Office, I manage our marketing team, developing content and overseeing Futurepump's solar irrigation pump marketing through digital and print. Working with designers as well as in the Adobe software suite we create materials for our global network of distributors.Another essential part of my role has been to guide the technical and impact data collected from the field and manage the reporting schedules back to our key investors. Working with a field team in Kenya we collect, analyse and compile data on a number of key solar pump impact metrics which help Futurepump to grow and develop - both our solar irrigation products and the way we work.

Based in the Futurepump UK office I predominantly oversee Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) data collected from solar irrigation pump field tests and customers. This data is compiled for funding reports and applications as well as marketing through social media and other means.www.futurepump.com

Social Research TeamHere I was responsible for compiling and conducting survey based research as a component of the wide range of social research conducted at BRE.Six month placement in the BRE Academy project managing the integration of our new computer based booking system and associated delegate benefits. Alongside the Membership and Marketing manager I was integral in launching a new membership scheme and producing online marketing content to promote courses delivered by the Academy.Six month placement in the Building Futures Group (Sept 2014 - Mar 2015). Working within the resource efficiency team I assisted in the delivery of several projects across the group to a wide range of construction clients. A large focus has been on process efficiency and implementing the CALIBRE tool for construction process management.

A brilliant internship in a company which is working in a very exciting market - bringing solar irrigation pumps to the world's smallholder farmers. Here I worked on funding possibilities, social media presence and data analysis. My work was included in reports to key funding providers and circulated around the global team.
