I started my career at Metropolitan Life in 2006 as an Executive Assistant and progressed into the role of Project Administrator. I obtained my Project Management qualification at the Faculty Training Institute (FTI) in 2013 and passed with distinction. After working as a Project Manager for a few years, I was appointed as an OE Specialist. I manage our Employee Assistance Programme for the group, as well as the Employee Insights Survey platform. I believe I am a strong individual with exceptional organisational abilities and leadership skills as well as the ability to communicate on all levels. I am able to work well under pressure and present more than what is expected of me. I am always eager to learn more and explore new opportunities. I am flexible and my self-confidence and self-control allows me to adapt to my working environment and new situations with ease. I am able to conceptualise, administer, initiate and integrate whatever task or project I am working on. I am motivated, creative and eager to strive for the best at all times, always paying exceptional attention to detail and ensuring outstanding quality and accuracy. I strive to achieve all my goals and permanently seek opportunities to improve my abilities. My nature allows me the ease to work well within a team although I am able to work independently using my initiative.
