Current- Managing project plan changes for KOICA bilateral projects• Overseeing requests from KOICA's regional offices for changes to country projects, requiring formal approval from the KOICA president or Minister of Foreign Affairs.• Ensuring that proper documentation and evidence are submitted for project plan changes.• Organizing Project Plan Change Review Committee meetings and reviewing committee results- Responsible for the identification and initiation of Public Collaborative Projects involving Korean government agencies as implementing organizations, with budgets ranging from $5 million to $10 million and durations spanning 3 to 5 years.- Supporting the organization of KOICA’s Country Projects Evaluation Committee.
