I have been working for Fidelity for nearly 8 years, 7 of those years working within the Resolutions Department. I now work within Quality Assurance within Resolutions on the Workplace Investing side of the business. I have started to spend some of my time sharing my knowledge with other colleagues and coaching them in being present on the phone. I feel as though this is one of my strongest assets, being able to help people become comfortable talking to our members, so they know there are real people behind communication. I am now starting to look at where I go from here, I have many years ahead of me and looking for my next challenge.I have completed two financial exams - FA2 and CF1
