Determined to make the world a greener place I devote my time and energy to knowledge sharing, capacity building and innovation in areas related to climate change mitigation, the renewable energy transition and other strategic sustainability fields. I am a true change agent, combining broad knowledge and experience of working in the above-mentioned fields for 15+ years with specialist expertise in knowledge sharing/innovation, facilitation and management of multilateral collaboration projects. I have developed methodologies and approaches for interactive knowledge sharing and scaling of solutions that has been successfully applied in many different contexts since 2012, when I founded LightSwitch. LightSwitch is an innovative and profoundly curious consultancy company with a global outreach, dedicated to support and accelerate sustainable development, with particular focus on climate change mitigation & adaptation and the energy transition.My profile is distinctly international and I have dedicated much of my career to promoting international collaboration in various ways. For example, I have co-led the development of a knowledge sharing platform and many projects within the International Smart Grid Action Network (a Clean Energy Ministerial initiative and Technology Collaboration Programme under the International Energy Agency).I also work with national government agencies, as well as regional and local government in Sweden on capacity building and change leadership initiatives for sustainability.With broad experience from working with/for public sector organizations, academia/research institutes, private sector companies and the NGO sector globally, I am uniquely placed to facilitate interdisciplinary and cross-sector dialogue to accelerate the transformation towards a planet-friendly society.
