Helena brings a unique blend of experience in international development, diplomacy, and mindfulness. She is the Social Media Advisor to The Foundation for Post Conflict Development and runs Wholesome Life, her yoga and mindfulness company in Monaco. Earlier this year, Helena served on the Outreach Subcommittee for the 2024 United Nations Civil Society Conference in support of the Summit of the Future. She has also gained valuable experience through internships with the United Nations in New York and Brussels and as a UNV Social Media Volunteer.As a co-founder of Echoes of Civil Society, an ImPACT Coalition created at the 2024 UN Civil Society Conference, Helena is dedicated to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by amplifying the impact of citizen-led projects. The initiative fosters international collaboration and contributes to global efforts like the Pact for the Future, the Declaration on Future Generations, and the Global Digital Compact.Helena holds a Master's in International Affairs and Diplomacy from UNITAR and an MBA from The International University of Monaco.Since 2012, Helena has spent extensive time in meditation centers and monasteries across Europe and Asia, mastering meditation, compassion cultivation, and wisdom. Her commitment to mindfulness, diplomacy, and community engagement drives her mission to create a more peaceful and inclusive world.
