• Experienced in the build of printed circuit board assembly which involves soldering resistors, capacitors, inductors and microchips.• Components size varies between 0201 to 1206.• Work is undertaken through a microscope due to the small sized components• Assembly of switches and amplifier housings using Weller hot plates, connecting pin diodes and micro chip components to housings.• Experienced with using westbond fine wired bonding machine for connecting fine wires to pin diodes and MIMIC chips• Building work it is to the IPC-610E standard of soldering and component attach.• All of the above work involves reading and understanding electrical circuit single- line drawings, following correct the circuitry and identifying all the component symbols representing the electrical equipment.

To liaise with production manager on a day to day basis maintaining order and stock levels.Order processing of new and repair orders. Assembly for glazing orders using precision tools. Operation of Polishing/Buffing Machine wheels. Tinting lenses to desired colour, painting, engraving and frosting lenses with customer design. Inspection and shipment of all finished orders
