As head of E-services & Collaboration at the Swedish Companies Registration Office I am included in the Companies Registration Office's management team. I am responsible for building up this new department. Today the department consists of about 35 employees and 2 directly reporting unit managers. I have responsible for the sales operations that revenues of approximately SEK 120 million per year and I have a cost budget of SEK 44 million. The department has an overall mission to collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders in the context of creating a simpler life for the entrepreneurs, both nationally and internationally. Which involves a series of collaborations on the development of e-governance in Sweden and in the EU. The department has, in collaboration with other departments at the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the responsibility to develop and manage e-services and the service portfolio (incl. sales operations). The department is also responsible for the overall governance of the architecture and business architecture. The department is divided into two units; the unit for service development and the unit for collaboration.

As Head of Companies Registration Departement I'm responsible for registration of companies, e-services and customer service. The department has approx. 170 employees, two head of unit that reports directly to me and eight head of sections.

PRV is a fee-funded agency which means that the customers and high standards of delivery reliability and quality always was in focus. As Head of Department of Design and Trademark Department in Söderhamn I was included in the PRV's management team. I was responisble for approximately 100 employees and 6 direct reporting managers. I had the responsibility for fee-financed activities with a turnover of about SEK 70 million. Responsibility for the business sector of trademarks, designs, personal names, periodicals, and sales services. I was also responsible for the office in Söderhamn. In my work as head of the department I was also representing Sweden and PRV in various contexts internationally and in the EU. Among other things, I was a representative at the administration board and budget committee at the OHIM.

Head of the Human Resources Unit at RFV Data. At the time RFV Data had 700 employees and the unit had 14 employees.

As head of the Development Unit I was included in the RFV Data's management team. Responsibility for a resource-holding unit with 220 employees and approxamatly as many consultants. During the period I was responsible for 6 direct reporting managers. I had responsibility for a budget of SEK 400 million. I had the operational-, financial- and personnel responsibility and accountability for the entire RFV Data's consulting business.I was also responsible for establishing new development offices in several locations in Sweden.
