Some of our clients have been referred to us by their Podiatrist or medical practitioner, some have been prescribed orthotics, some simply have heard of us through word of mouth. I have dealt with customers who work on their feet for ten hours a day, are going through rehabilitation after an accident, have just had foot surgery, suffer impairments such as plantar fasciitis, RSI, hammer toes, corns, bunions etc. It truly is never the same day twice and this position requires you to extensively listen to your clients history and needs and find a complete solution for them; an up to date extensive product knowledge and knowledge of all things feet, liaising with other stores and external services to secure the best possible outcome for the customer, and complete internal tasks such as merchandising, completing management and payroll reports, meeting company performance targets etc. Show less
